Report wrong specs, prices, photos or product data — corrections are reviewed and dated.

What we correct

Wrong specs (height, weight, material), outdated prices or stock states, mismatched photos, broken store links, and products that shouldn’t be listed at all. Reports are triaged against the store listing export and applied in the next catalog sync.

How to report

The automated correction form launches with the production site. Until then, reports go to corrections@dolllist.com — include the product name or URL and what looks wrong. Screenshots help for photo issues.

Response expectations

Data errors: corrected in the next weekly sync (or sooner for prices/stock). Rights or content concerns on images: actioned within 48 hours, including CDN purge.

Transparency

When a correction changes something meaningful (price band, weight class, ranking membership), the affected page carries its new check date. We don’t silently rewrite history.
